Welcome!
Elec2go was established in 2004 and continues to operate out of NSW, serving customers all over Australia and
world-wide.
We are specialists in the sale of electroluminescent technology and offer a
wide range of products for business and individual consumers alike.
Our store is purely online.
If you have never used electroluminescent products (EL for short) it can be a
bit daunting knowing where to start. Please call us or send an email
outlining your application idea and we will be happy to provide information and
point you in the right direction.
To all our new and existing customers, thank you for visiting our site and be
assured of our continued excellent service.

WARRANTY INFO
Customers in Australia.
Warranty
All goods are tested before sending.
Our connection work on EL wires is carried out by very experienced
technicians therefore we are happy to guarantee this work for 21 days.
Should the connection fail within this period we will be happy to receive back
the wire and carry out a repair or replacement.
If however, upon inspection, the connection is intact but the fault is
further along the wire this will be deemed due to mis-handling and therefore we
would not be liable. In these instances we can offer a service of trimming
off at the fault point and salvaging the intact wire.
All EL products need to be handled carefully. Please read all
the handling instructions to avoid damage. If you were not sent handling
instructions with your goods please ask for them before you connect your EL
goods.
Our inverters/drivers and adaptors are tested before sending. Our
warranty is limited strictly to 30 days only. This is because the
inverters are effectively a component part, vulnerable to mis-handling by the
end user. If your inverter fails within the 30 days, you can return it, we will check it and if
it is deemed that the fault is not due to mis-handling, or any action listed on
the voiding list below, we will repair or replace it.
If you incorporate our products into sculptures/visual items for an event and
they fail, we cannot be held liable for any potential losses relating to that
failure. It is highly recommended that you understand how to handle the
goods and test them thoroughly well in advance of your event. We are happy
to customise sampler kits to purchase which enable you to test out the viability
of EL before you go ahead with a large scale purchase.
