About EL Lighting EL lighting uses such little power it is well positioned to be listed as a form of Eco lighting. Electroluminescent light is cool light so it is the only light source that can actually be placed on or close to your body without burning your skin. EL light is available in a vast array of colours to excite your visual senses and may even produce some therapeutic benefits to you through the effect of the different colour wavelengths.
